Father’s Day Fitness

Charles F. Kettering said, “Every father should remember one day his son will follow his
example, not his advice.” The meaning of being a father is so much more than just having kids,
it’s being able to be there for them mentally, emotionally, and physically. In order to do just that,
fathers have to keep up their fitness in order to be healthy to provide and support their families.
Kids look up to their fathers and follow what they see, so it is important for them to see father’s
being active so they can learn from young that exercise isn’t merely a pass time or a luxury, it is
a necessity. Doing activities with your kids can also increase your bonds with them, an hour at
the gym with them and you’re the best dad in the world, so when Father’s Day rolls around, you
get to feel all that love and appreciation that they have and learned for and from you. So don’t
forget to exercise with your kids and, Happy Father’s Day!
